I think the argument is very weak that says citizens have no “need” for a high caliber rifle. Citizens have absolutely no need for speed so ALL cars should be restricted to 40 horse power MAX! Cars still kill more people than guns, but you people that have never handled a gun or rifle like having cars, SUVs, sports cars and the like, but because you don’t have a gun nor can see...
